Terms of Service for Sudoku Spark™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku Spark™ (“the App”), developed by Khelnedo Games™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sudoku Spark is a mobile puzzle game application that provides:

• Sudoku puzzles at various difficulty levels (Easy, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Daily challenges
• Achievement tracking
• Game statistics
• Customizable themes and settings
• Optional rewarded advertisements for hints

3. User Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages. There is no minimum age requirement as the App:

• Does not collect personal information
• Does not include user accounts
• Does not feature social interactions
• Does not display personalized advertisements

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems or bots with the App
• Redistribute or resell the App

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

• Source code and algorithms
• Graphics, icons, and images
• User interface design
• Text and documentation

Your Rights

You own your:

• Game progress and statistics
• Custom settings and preferences

7. Advertisements

The App includes optional rewarded advertisements:

• You may watch ads to earn additional hints
• Watching ads is entirely voluntary
• Ad availability may vary based on your region and network
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

8. Game Data

Local Storage

Your game data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Device damage or loss
• App uninstallation
• System updates or resets
• Corrupted backups

Cloud Backup

If enabled, your game data may be backed up to Google Drive through Android’s backup service. This is governed by Google’s terms of service.

9. Disclaimers

“AS IS” Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KHELNEDO GAMES™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions

10. Updates and Changes

App Updates

We may release updates to:

• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Add new features
• Modify existing features
• Address security issues

Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.

Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

By You

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends
• You must delete all copies of the App
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith communication. Please contact us with any concerns before taking formal action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khelnedo Games™ regarding the App.
